Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Ireland to support transaction processing for customer order entry. The role involves accurate order entry, dealing with returns, credits/debits, and related delivery and invoicing tasks.

We value fluent English, 1–2 years in a fast-paced multinational customer service environment, and good attention to detail with time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required and able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service within a multinational environment.
• Accurate with strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and be flexible with hours if required.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received via telephone, fax or other channels accurately and promptly.
• Handle order entry and related activities.
• Process returns and issue credits/debits as needed.
• Manage delivery, invoicing and pricing reviews.
• Perform data entry related to order-to-cash activities.
