Job summary

Teleflex seeks a Customer Service professional to manage day-to-day order processing and related activities. The role involves handling calls, queries, and complaints, coordinating with warehouses, and ensuring timely, accurate processing and communication with customers and the sales team.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Polish and English, have strong attention to detail, and be proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM, and SAP. Full training provided; on-site in Ireland at Athlone.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish and English required.
• Customer Service experience preferred but not essential – Full Training is provided.
• Relevant 3rd level qualification preferred.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, queries and complaints.
• Liaise with warehouse and monitor delivery performance.
• Backorder management and order processing on time and accurately.
• Provide product availability, stock information and delivery information to customers and sales.
