Job summary

Absorb Software is a remote-first company delivering LMS solutions to organizations worldwide. The Account Executive will focus on inbound SMB opportunities, guiding prospects through the sales funnel and closing contracts.

You will work with support and tech teams to become an Absorb LMS expert, demonstrate the platform, present quotes, and manage ongoing accounts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in B2B SaaS/Software sales.
• Track record of over-achieving quotas.
• Strong phone presence and excellent verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects via phone, email to complete sales.
• Collaborate with support and technology teams to be expert in Absorb LMS.
• Demonstrate Absorb LMS functionality and provide pricing options.
• Present Absorb LMS quotes and forward orders for approval.
• Assist AR collections if necessary.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned account support.
