The role involves managing employee and candidate data, creating reports and metrics in Excel, and providing first-line training and support to managers and staff.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR Admin/HR Systems, strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, and a keen interest in HR technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in HR Administration, HR Coordination or HR Systems Support
• Experience using HR systems, databases or business applications
• Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• A genuine interest in HR technology and process improvement
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain a new HR system including HRIS, ATS and Learning platforms
• Manage employee and candidate data, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance
• Create reports and HR metrics using Excel and system reporting tools
• Provide first-line support and training to managers and employees
• Assist with system enhancements, testing and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain HR SharePoint sites, user guides and system documentation
