Qualifications

• 5+ years' HR experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong employee relations experience and independent case handling.
• Advanced Excel and HR reporting/data analytics skills.
• Experience with HR systems; HRIS implementation or migration is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement and leveraging technology to enhance HR operations.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights, in depth reporting, managing employee relations matters, supporting performance processes, and driving continuous improvement across HR operations. The role offers significant exposure across the business, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide both operational and strategic HR support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR extensive reporting, workforce analytics, and people metrics, providing insights to support business decision-making.
