KPMG Ireland, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an HR Manager to join the People Function in Dublin 2 on a permanent basis. The role sits within HR Operations and focuses on HR reporting, employee relations, and data-driven people insights.

You will drive accuracy of HR data, support diversity/reporting, and partner with Partners and managers. A strong Excel background and experience with SuccessFactors are essential.

Qualifications

• Third level degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years experience in a large organisation.
• Advanced Excel skills essential; MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with SuccessFactors implementation/migration.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) in a business environment.
• Employee relations experience desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR reporting and people metrics for the firm.
• Provide practical and risk-based employee-relations guidance to Partners and managers.
• Oversee the probation process and timely reviews.
• Support the Performance Development process and related training.
• Lead HR projects and drive process improvements across the function.
