Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an HR Systems Coordinator in Ireland to bridge HR administration and systems. The role focuses on back-end system testing, implementation, data integrity, and user enablement across the HR function.

You will act as the system superuser, contribute to rollout activities, and develop training materials to empower managers and HR staff in using the new HR platform effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven HR and systems background with hands-on HRIS experience.
• Strong aptitude for back-end HR system functionality and testing.
• Experience with HR system rollouts, UAT, or data migration is advantageous.
• Ability to translate technical processes for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, data migration, and back-end testing of the new HR system prior to launch.
• Act as internal Superuser for the HR system, managing configurations and access permissions.
• Run key HR reports, analyze trends, and ensure data accuracy across workflows.
• Create SOPs, user guides, and training materials; train HR team and managers on core functionalities.
• Assist with phased system rollouts (e.g., ATS integration) across implementation roadmap stages.
