Qualifications

• Proven HR Business Partner experience in manufacturing, engineering or operations.
• Experience supporting multiple regions (EMEA/APAC/global).
• Strong employment law knowledge with practical business solutions.
• Credible partner who can influence and coach leaders at all levels.
• Ability to drive growth through talent, succession and workforce planning.
• Data-driven with insights to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with leadership teams as a trusted HR advisor for effectiveness.
• Lead the People Passionate strategy and HR initiatives across the business.
• Lead recruitment activities and build talent pipelines.
• Develop and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law.
• Drive engagement, recognition and development initiatives using data.
• Lead annual HR processes: performance reviews, objectives, compensation, succession.
• Manage HR reporting, metrics and HRIS data integrity.
