Job summary

Avidity Science is seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator to join our Professional Services team in Waterford, WI. The hybrid role serves as the liaison between customers and service technicians in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, customer service, and coordinating travel, with proficiency in Salesforce, Oracle, and MS Office. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to support diverse biomedical and life sciences

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
At least two years scheduling experience in a service-based industry.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with Salesforce.com and Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service support for an assigned territory.
Coordinate and schedule professional service technician resources.
Process, maintain, manage and schedule all preventive maintenance and warranty orders.
Process invoices for preventive maintenance and service calls.
Review and manage all Salesforce.com cases assigned.
Responsible for closure of the preventive service agreements folders and Oracle sales orders.
Report job status to Supervisor and Manager.
Coordinate all travel arrangements for technicians.
