Job summary

Agilent Technologies in Limerick is seeking a detail-focused Pharmaceutical Operations Co-Ordinator on a Limited Company contracting basis. You will orchestrate maintenance visits, coordinate vendors, and be the primary customer contact for scheduling and service issues.

The role is onsite in Limerick, paying €24 per hour, with an initial 12-month contract. You’ll work with internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification; science background a plus.
• Strong administrative background and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with scheduling tools SAP and SmartSheet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance visits for laboratory equipment.
• Act as vendor host and onsite contact for services.
• Be the customer point of contact for scheduling queries.
• Attend operational calls and manage high email volume.
• Manage assets and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor metrics to meet service timelines with minimal disruption.
• Schedule inductions and collate RAMS/Certifications.
• Ship and track off-site instruments; close work orders.
• Follow gowning and PPE rules in clean rooms.
