Avidity Science is seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator to join our Professional Services team in Waterford, WI. The hybrid role serves as the liaison between customers and service technicians in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, customer service, and coordinating travel, with proficiency in Salesforce, Oracle, and MS Office. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to support diverse biomedical and life sciences

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least two years scheduling experience in a service-based industry.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Oracle is a plus.

• Report job status to Supervisor and Manager.
• Coordinate all travel arrangements for technicians.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support for an assigned territory for Avidity Science internal and external customers.
• Coordinate and schedule professional service technician resources to meet customer requirements for service.
• Process, maintain, manage and schedule all preventive maintenance and warranty orders.
• Process invoices for preventive maintenance and service calls.
• Review and manage all Salesforce.com cases assigned.
• Responsible for closure of the preventive service agreements folders and Oracle sales orders
• Report job status to Supervisor and Manager.
• Coordinate all travel arrangements for technicians.

• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written format, multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage commitments.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in scheduling in a service-based industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Oracle is a plus.
