Fivetran is hiring a Sales Development Representative for our Dublin office. You will identify and engage target accounts, conduct discovery, and generate qualified pipeline across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, video).

The role involves collaborating with Sales Directors to develop account strategies and prioritize opportunities in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will work in a hybrid model with three days in the office weekly and gain exposure to data infrastructure, analytics

Qualifications

• 9+ months of experience in technology sales (SaaS/cloud/infrastructure)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with outbound prospecting and multi-threaded account engagement
• Ability to learn and articulate technical concepts related to data, analytics, cloud, and AI infrastructure
• German speaker required

Responsabilités

• Generate qualified pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting across target accounts
• Research accounts, industries, and personas to craft personalized outreach
• Partner with Sales Directors to build account strategies and prioritize opportunities
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and technical pain points
• Engage data, analytics, engineering, IT, and RevOps stakeholders
• Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data in Salesforce
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales leadership
• Leverage AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency and messaging quality
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity and pipeline targets
