Job summary

CPM Ireland is recruiting a B2B Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Inside Sales team at our Dublin HQ. The role involves selling music licences to SME/Enterprise clients and generating new leads in a hybrid work setting.

You will report to the Inside Sales Manager and drive pipeline through outbound calling, CRM management, and proactive prospecting while hitting daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Inside/tele-sales or lead generation experience.
• Experience with outbound calling and CRM systems.
• Good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell music licences by contacting potential business customers.
• Proactively engage customers by phone using self-generated leads.
• Achieve and exceed KPI targets.
• Manage CRM and ensure data accuracy and security.
• Plan to maximise prospecting efficiency and volume.
• Work in compliance with internal and client guidelines.
• Provide customer feedback and market insights.
• Research new and existing Music Licensing Body products/services.
• Utilise outbound calling, lead management and CRM systems.
• Maintain strong up-to-date knowledge of the Irish business landscape.
