Job summary

CPM Ireland is recruiting a B2B Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team, supporting The Irish Music Rights Organisation. The role reports to the Inside Sales Manager and operates on a hybrid basis from our Head Office in Cookstown, Dublin.

You will generate sales and leads across SME and Enterprise sectors, working to achieve KPIs and contribute to business growth. Key responsibilities include selling music licences, managing your CRM pipeline, and maintaining compliance while delivering

Qualifications

• Inside / tele-sales and/or lead generation experience.
• Familiarity with Irish business environment at local and national levels.
• Experience with outbound calling and CRM systems.
• Target-driven role with daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Sell music licences to new business customers.
• Proactively engage customers by phone using self-generated leads or existing files.
• Achieve and exceed KPI targets.
• Manage CRM and pipeline with accurate data.
• Plan activities to maximise efficiency and volume of prospects.
• Ensure compliance with company and client guidelines.
• Provide customer feedback and industry insights.
• Continuously research products/services offered by the licensing body.
