- Data Protection & Governance: Ensure personal data is handled securely, assist in managing Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), apply retention schedules, update privacy notices, and verify system access permissions following least-privilege principles.
- Project Support & Administration: Deliver day-to-day HR administrative support, take minutes during project meetings, track actions, and liaise with IT, Payroll, and third-party system vendors.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Leaving Certificate or equivalent required; a third-level qualification in HR, Business, or CIPD membership is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administration role maintaining records within an HRIS, OR recent graduate from HR studies. Previous experience with HR/payroll system implementation or data migration projects is advantageous.
- Technical & Data Skills: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables, data validation); familiarity with data mapping, reporting tools, or systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or CoreHR is preferred.
- Compliance Knowledge: Working knowledge of GDPR as it applies to employee records; experience handling DSARs or retention schedules is a plus.
