Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an HR Administrator to join an HR System Implementation project onsite in Dublin 1. The role focuses on cleansing and migrating employee data to a new HR system, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.

You will work closely with the HR System Project Lead, HR Manager, and stakeholders, handling data protection tasks, DSARs, and retention schedules while providing day-to-day HR admin support and coordinating with IT, Payroll, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required; HR/Business degree or CIPD membership is desirable.
• At least 2 years in HR administration with HRIS records management.
• Strong data skills and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots) essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform data cleansing, mapping, and validation for migration to the new HR system.
• Support system testing, UAT, go-live activities, and data reconciliations.
• Maintain GDPR compliance, manage DSARs, and ensure retention schedules.
• Provide day-to-day HR admin support and liaise with IT, Payroll, and vendors.
