nbxTalent in Dublin 13 is seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our international team. This permanent role offers a competitive salary based on experience and a hybrid work model (4 days in, 1 day WFH).

As a first point of contact for clients, external stakeholders and employees, you will onboard new hires, manage contracts, and issue reference letters. You will also prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and support global mobility contracts.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder liaison abilities.

HR Administrator

We are an international organization which specialises in a wide range of outsourcing HR Services & Solutions across Europe. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our team in Dublin 13.

This is a permanent role with a competitive salary (based on experience) and a hybrid work model (4 days in/1-day WFH). This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and self-directed individual to develop in this HR role.

Responsibilities:

Act as a first point of contact for clients, external legal stakeholders and employees.

Processing onboarding of new hires, which involves requesting and following up on new starter’s personal/ employment details, completing and tracking contracts of employment, issuing reference letters etc.

Preparing reports on regular and ad-hoc basic.

Processing contract renewals and global mobility contracts.

Managing HR database

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Fluency in English is essential for this position.

Strong credibility and the ability to influence at all levels with excellent relationship management skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work in a diplomatic, tactful and discrete manner, while dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
