Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Ireland seeks an HR Ops Specialist to provide high-quality operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, inquiries, HR transactions, and documentation.

You will partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, and COEs to deliver accurate data in UKG Pro, ensure compliance with Irish legislation and GDPR, and drive continuous process improvements for an excellent employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Experience in multinational or shared services environment preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS and case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employees and managers via HR case management.
• Process lifecycle transactions: hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves and terminations.
• Maintain employment documentation and employee records.
• Manage HR cases per SLAs and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain data accuracy in HR systems like UKG Pro.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening and benefit enrollments.
• Support compliance with Irish employment law, GDPR, and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance employee experience.
