Job summary

Sky Handling Partner in Ireland is seeking an HR Generalist to support managers across employee relations, performance management, HR systems and reporting, driving engagement and a positive culture.

You will advise on policies, manage talent development, onboarding, payroll data and internal communications, with CIPD-qualified or in-progress candidates welcomed for this pivotal HR role.

Qualifications

• HR Degree, BA Hons.
• CIPD qualified or part-qualified and progressing toward CIPD.
• 3+ years HR experience in a generalist role.
• HR best practices and employee relations experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages.
• Experience with HR data management, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Experience partnering with department heads.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
• Experience adapting to change is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage employee relations with department managers.
• Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures and initiatives.
• Support managers on performance-related matters to ensure policy adherence.
• Identify and retain top talent through structured programmes.
• Assist onboarding of high-calibre candidates and onboarding processes.
• Maintain HR systems and produce monthly HR scorecards.
• Generate payroll data for joiners, leavers and changes.
• Develop staff retention strategies to drive engagement.
• Ensure HR policies align with regulations and company values.
• Support workforce planning and internal communications.
• Provide end-to-end HR services and be a point of escalation.
• Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness initiatives.
