Job summary

NRL is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to lead HR service delivery across Ireland, the UK and Europe. Based in Dublin, this hybrid role focuses on operational excellence, compliance and delivering an outstanding employee experience.

You will shape HR strategy, drive process improvements and partner with senior stakeholders to align HR support with business goals across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading HR operations in a multi-site, multi-jurisdictional environment.
• Proven track record in HR service delivery, process optimisation and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of payroll data flows and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Degree in HR/Business or related field; CIPD Level 7 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing HR operations team across Ireland and the UK.
• Partner with People Business Partners to align operational HR support with strategy.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR and EU directives across jurisdictions.
• Oversee HR data integrity and payroll processes; drive reporting improvements.
• Drive standardisation, automation and simplification to boost efficiency.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, rewards and lifecycle activities to enhance engagement.
• Support employee relations and provide accessible HR services to a dispersed workforce.
• Enhance HR digital tools and systems to create scalable, user-friendly platforms.
