SEI Investments in Dublin seeks a Specialist, HR Operations (On-Boarding) to coordinate the end-to-end onboarding of new hires. You will prepare contracts, manage documentation, and coordinate pre-employment checks to ensure a smooth start.

You will act as a key liaison for candidates, hires, and hiring managers, maintaining accurate records in HR systems and collaborating with Payroll, IT, and Facilities to enable day-one readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or CIPD progress.
• Minimum one year HR administration experience, onboarding preferred.
• Experience with HR data management and Workday is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding from offer to day-one readiness.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and starter docs accurately.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and right-to-work documents.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates, hires, and managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in HR systems.
• Coordinate onboarding with Payroll, IT, Facilities, and other teams.
• Schedule inductions and conduct day-one orientations.
• Monitor onboarding compliance and training completion.
• Assist with immigration and employment permit administration.
