Job summary

SEI Investments in Dublin seeks a Client Services Specialist I to manage and coordinate complex fund administration implementations. You will collaborate with clients, sales, operations, and solutions to deliver accurate onboarding and timely launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 4 years fund or financial services experience.
• Fund Services knowledge: Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Middle Office, Custody.
• Understand fund administration and shareholder servicing requirements.
• Strong communication and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of Fund Administration and Depositary Services for new and existing clients.
• Work with Onboarding, Sales, Operations, Solutions and Relationship Management to ensure timely implementations.
• Prepare and maintain a comprehensive project plan with milestones and resources.
• Lead cross‑functional partners to ensure timely launch/onboarding of new business.
• Conduct regular launch meetings and provide status updates to clients and partners.
• Act as client escalation point to resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors for third party services when applicable.
