Job summary

SEI Investments is seeking an HR Co-Ordinator (Onboarding) to coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process within the People & Culture team. The role requires meticulous, client-focused handling of multiple confidential tasks under tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will manage contracts, screening, and new starter setup, ensuring a smooth first day and compliant records across HR systems, while supporting broader People & Culture projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, CIPD study encouraged.
• Minimum 1 year HR administration experience, onboarding preferred.
• Experience handling confidential data and compliance.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding from accepted offer to completion.
• Prepare contracts of employment, offer letters and new starter documents.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening, references and right-to-work checks.
• Serve as point of contact for candidates, hires, managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate/employee records in HR systems with data protection in mind.
• Coordinate new starter setup with Payroll, IT and Facilities for day one.
• Schedule induction activities and deliver day-one orientation as required.
• Produce onboarding reports and metrics and drive process improvements.
