This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator or HR Assistant to gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle ranging from recruitment, assisting with employee relations and HR System whilst having direct support for their highly-experienced HR Manager and availing of career progression opportunities. Reporting into the highly-experienced HR Manager, you will provide HR Support across the full employee lifecycle to all employees on-site. Duties include: Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process including candidate management, interview coordination and new starter administration Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters and other employee documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and relevant food industry standards Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR queries, policies and general employee relations matters Support the management and administration of employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary and grievance processes Maintain and update HR systems and Time & Attendance platforms, ensuring employee data is accurate and current Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information, changes and pension contributions Produce regular HR reports and provide data on key metrics, including headcount, turnover and absence Coordinate and support employee wellbeing initiatives across the business, contributing to a positive workplace culture What will you require as HR Coordinator? Minimum of 2 years HR/Administration experience Highly-proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Microsoft Excel Skilled in utilising HRIS Systems Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation
