Job summary

Artemis Human Capital partners with a leading food manufacturing organisation in Donegal to hire an HR Coordinator. The role provides exposure to the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to employee relations, with support from an experienced HR Manager and clear career progression opportunities.

Based on-site, the role emphasizes accurate HR documentation, compliant record-keeping, and timely HR reporting while contributing to a positive workplace culture and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HR/Administration experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding including candidate management and new starter administration.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Irish employment law.
• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers on queries and policies.
• Support employee relations processes including absence, disciplinary and grievances.
• Maintain HR systems and Time & Attendance platforms; liaise with payroll for changes and pension contributions.
• Produce regular HR reports and data on headcount, turnover and absence.
• Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
