Job summary

Nomadic Dairy in Ireland is seeking a proactive HR Co-ordinator for a full-time, on-site role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will cover recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR reporting and HR systems to help grow a people-focused HR function.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, maintaining HR records, contracts, and responding to HR queries.

Qualifications

  • Third-level qualification in HR or related discipline.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an HR support/administration role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office; HR systems experience an advantage).
  • Knowledge of Irish employment legislation desirable.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and food industry standards.
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and employee documentation.
  • Provide first-line support for HR queries and general employee relations matters.
  • Support absence management and HR case administration (disciplinary, grievance, etc.).
  • Update and maintain HR systems (HRMS and Time & Attendance).
  • Coordinate and contribute to various wellbeing initiatives across the business.
  • Produce regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absence).
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee data & pensions.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Co-ordinator to join our team and support the delivery of a compliant, people-focused and efficient HR function within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a hands-on role with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations administration, employee engagement, HR reporting and HR systems. This role provides an excellent platform to build practical HR experience, develop your skill set, and grow your career within a supportive and collaborative organisation.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including interview coordination and candidate management
