The Tower Hotel Waterford, part of the Neville Hotel Group, is seeking a Duty Manager to join our team. This full-time role reports to the General Manager and Operations Manager and oversees key hotel functions.

You will manage daily operations, uphold service standards, lead and train staff, and handle events and guest issues. A minimum of two years' supervisory experience and strong guest care are essential. Eligibility to work in Ireland required.

• Minimum two years’ supervisory experience in hotel or hospitality.
• Excellent guest care and service skills.
• Mature, positive, and pleasant demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily hotel operations and assist departments as needed.
• Maintain service and product standards across the hotel.
• Lead and support team members while ensuring policy adherence.
• Assist in training and document training progress.
• Manage AV equipment, HVAC, and lighting knowledge across departments.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain high morale.
• Oversee events, conferences, and group bookings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Occasional night management shifts.
