• Overseeing all aspects of daily hotel operations
• Managing, training and motivating staff to ensure high performance and excellent service
• Maintaining standards of service across all revenue centres
• Co-managing event enquiries, running orders, execution (when required) and billing
• Addressing guest complaints, resolving issues and ensuring a positive and memorable experience
• Working with other departments to ensure seamless operations
