An Irish hospitality group with hotels and guesthouses across Galway, Dublin and the UK is seeking an experienced operations leader. You will oversee hotel operations, supervise department managers, handle guest inquiries, and drive service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of hotel systems. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business is preferred, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

• Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service principles.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the overall management and coordination of hotel operations.
• Supervise and support department managers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor staff performance, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and financial records related to hotel operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and high morale among staff.
