Qualifications

• 15+ years in commercial leadership or executive sales.
• Experience leading multi-country teams in crypto/fintech.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define European commercial strategy and revenue targets.
• Oversee country managers and regional operations.
• Develop partnerships with crypto, fintech, and trading ecosystems.
• Lead KOL, affiliate, influencer, and community strategies.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with European requirements.
