Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Country Manager based in Ireland to lead market expansion and business growth across Europe’s cryptocurrency and digital finance landscape.

In this strategic leadership role, you will drive regional business development, oversee local operations, and strengthen market presence through partnerships, community engagement, and user acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is a strong advantage.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in marketing, business development, general management, or related functions within technology, fintech, or financial services.
• Previous experience as a Country Manager or senior executive within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital asset industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the European cryptocurrency market, fintech ecosystem, consumer behavior, and regional competitive dynamics.
• Knowledge of MiCA/MiCAR, MiFID, and EMI requirements with ability to work with Legal and Compliance teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the European market, driving regional expansion and revenue growth.
• Lead regional operations, coordinating marketing campaigns, industry events, and partnerships.
• Increase brand awareness and user engagement through targeted marketing strategies and local events.
• Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, financial institutions, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Navigate regulatory considerations in Europe in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.
