Jobgether is seeking a Regional Partnerships Lead based in Ireland to own and develop strategic relationships with sellers and partners across Europe. You will drive engagement, regional programmes, and platform improvements while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams in a remote-first environment.

The role emphasizes autonomy, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across time zones to strengthen seller performance and community growth within the music

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in seller success, partnerships, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of music marketplace ecosystems and seller communities.
• Experience working across multiple time zones in a remote-first environment.

Aufgaben

• Own and develop long-term relationships with European sellers and partners.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with premium marketplace accounts.
• Provide performance reporting and recommendations for seller cohorts.
• Coordinate regional programmes, events, and activations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay seller feedback and regional insights.
• Ensure regional requirements are reflected in workflows and communications.
• Travel regionally four to five trips annually (up to 10% of time).
