Job summary

Confirmo Limited in Ireland is expanding its EU sales footprint and is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from discovery to close. You will build an outbound pipeline and engage fintech prospects across Europe, coordinating with marketing, product and leadership to maximize opportunities.

You will drive end-to-end pipeline generation in the EU, leverage AI tools for prospecting, and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling into payments, financial services, or FinTech is a plus.
• Understanding crypto and stablecoins is a plus.
• Self-sufficient pipeline builder who sources most opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; startup or scale-up sales experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close.
• Own end-to-end pipeline generation with self-sourced opportunities across the EU.
• Build and manage a proactive pipeline with outbound activities.
• Represent Confirmo across Europe at events and conferences.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to shape EU GTM strategy.
