Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator in Dublin to deliver world-class customer service to employees and guests within a designated building. You will greet entrants, manage passes, respond to inquiries, and coordinate on-site events, vendors, and workplace services to ensure a smooth daily operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for entrants and issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols.
• Answer phones professionally, create presentations and address groups of various sizes.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requesters.
• Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, onboarding, and maintenance work orders.
• Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide solutions in a customer service-driven manner.
• Organize and manage on-site events, including space setup, teardown and supplies delivery.
• Follow building security and emergency procedures and coordinate with vendors.
