Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is recruiting a Customer Service Representative / Receptionist for their Dublin Docklands offices. You will welcome guests, support meetings and events, and be the first point of contact for inquiries, both in person and via phone or email.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-standard guest services in fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Proactive, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes internal and external guests and supports meetings and events.
• Handle inquiries in person, by phone, or email promptly and professionally.
• Provide first-line IT and AV support within the client environment.
• Develop knowledge about clients and their guests to improve service.
• Monitor building operations and facilities for staff and visitors.
• Maintain adequate stationery and supplies.
