Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor in Dublin to lead client-facing operations at a prestigious site. You will work with the Client Services Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive KPIs, and nurture a high-performing team.

The role involves supporting recruitment and onboarding, coaching staff, and coordinating with internal departments to resolve guest issues promptly. A customer-focused, proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR and Recruitment procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality client services by helping maintain exceptional operational standards across the team.
• Support the Guest Services Manager in the day-to-day running of the site.
• Oversee meeting room excellence ensuring setups, hospitality and catering are delivered to a premium standard.
• Track and share key KPIs to highlight guest satisfaction trends and day-to-day efficiency.
• Hold regular check-ins with team members to encourage a client-centered approach and provide ongoing guidance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest issues are resolved quickly and smoothly.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding by supporting interviews, welcoming new starters and contributing to development reviews.
• Coach and motivate the team helping colleagues build skills, confidence and consistency in daily operations.
