Sky Staffing Solutions in Co. Dublin is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead daily hospitality operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise front desk, housekeeping and food & beverage, coordinate staff schedules, oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling and security, and promptly resolve guest issues to maintain satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/managerial hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service focus.
• Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk and F&B.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to guests and promptly resolve inquiries.
• Supervise staff across front desk, housekeeping and food & beverage.
• Coordinate staff schedules and training to maintain service standards.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling and security.
• Address guest complaints and implement improvements for satisfaction.
