You'll work a 40-hour week in a busy hotel environment, delivering memorable experiences while collaborating with fellow teams to ensure smooth operations and handovers. Full commitment to guest wellbeing and service excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Auditing and banking end of shift reconciliations.
• Supporting other hotel teams and ensuring effective shift handovers.
• Passion for service and delivering unforgettable experiences to guests.
• Positive attitude and drive.
• Must have right to work in UK and be able to commute to property locations.
