You will manage check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, handle billing, coordinate with departments, and support guest needs with a friendly, professional manner. Fluency in English and prior hotel experience are valued; shifts include mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Receptionist in a hotel.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow hotel policies.
• Working knowledge of hotel systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check in/out in a courteous, professional manner.
• Advise guests on facilities, opening hours and local amenities.
• Issue bills and process payments according to hotel policy.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfil guest needs and update room status.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly, timely manner.
• Follow up on reservations, group bookings and emails.
