Job summary

Connolly Motor Group, Hyundai Galway is seeking a Receptionist to manage the front-desk and support daily showroom operations in Galway. You will greet customers and visitors, answer calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate teams.

As the face of the group, you will work closely with Sales, Service and Parts departments to ensure high service standards, while handling administration tasks and keeping reception tidy and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in reception environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well presented.
• Able to work in a team and on own initiative.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.

Responsibilities

• Focus on delivering a premium customer service.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Meet and Greet Customers, Visitors.
• Tea/Coffee making and upkeep of Reception area.
• Direct customers to relevant department.
• Liaise with Sales/Service/Parts to uphold service standards.
• Administration and filing duties.
