The Byrne Hotel Group in Galway is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team and provide an exceptional guest welcome with a strong customer-focused approach. This hands-on role suits someone with team management experience and Front Office exposure in a comparable hotel.

You will coordinate Front Office functions, monitor service standards, and work with Sales/Reservations to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar hospitality Front Office role with people management.
• Strong management, leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Budget awareness and a proven track record of delivering on budgets.
• Fluent English, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Front Office functions with a hands-on approach.
• Reinforce a customer-focused approach within the Front Office Team.
• Ensure smooth Check-In and Check-Out processes for guests.
• Share accurate booking information with other departments.
• Maintain data quality in the booking system.
