Ashford Castle, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, invites applications for a Receptionist to join our luxury team. The role supports arrivals, departures, and guest services, delivering the high standards Ashford Castle is known for.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Enthusiastic and flexible (may work 5 days over 7, including weekends/bank holidays).
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage arrivals and departures in a friendly, efficient manner in line with hotel standards.
• Answer switchboard in a warm, welcoming manner and transfer calls to correct extensions.
• Support the reservations team in completing reservations as required.
• Operate the reservations system for arrivals and departures with accurate, up-to-date information.
• Provide guests with the highest level of care and personal attention, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations where possible.
