Qualifications

• Previous reservations, call centre, or front desk experience in hospitality.
• Excellent phone manner and guest-focused attitude.
• High accuracy and attention to detail; proficient with MS Office and booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist with reservation requests, confirmations, cancellations, and general questions.
• Understand promotions, pricing, and sales strategies to exceed guest expectations.
• Respond to email requests about the hotel professionally.
• Recommend and book food, beverage outlets, activities and spa when booking.
• Update reservations in Opera Cloud.
• Participate in monthly test calls (incentivised when achieving over 95%).
• Sell, process, enter and confirm room reservations.
• Handle guest concerns and feedback to convert bookings.
• Reservation check reports, double-check bookings.
