Qualifications

• Self-motivated and standards-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English with high personal standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to delivering quality guest service.

• Flexible to work within Rooms Division including front-of-house.

Responsibilities

• Email guests prior to arrival to prepare a bespoke plan for their stay.
• Communicate hotel information to guests to inform on services and offerings.
• Update Opera to reflect guest plans.
• Stay up to date with dining, spa, and related services.
• Coordinate with third party activity suppliers for current offerings.
• Collaborate with Reception, Concierge and Reservations.
