Job summary

Ashford Castle, Ireland’s only double Forbes Five-Star hotel, part of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection, seeks a Guest Experiences Administrator. You will craft bespoke pre-arrival plans, share hotel services with guests, and coordinate with Reception, Concierge and Reservations to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role requires fluency in English, excellent communication, and a passion for luxury guest service in a dynamic, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Emailing guests prior to arrival to prepare a bespoke plan for their stay.
• Communicate hotel information to guests, to fully inform on all services and offerings available.
• Update Opera to reflect guest’s plans.
• Keep up to date with hotel dining, Spa and so forth, this information will instil confidence with our guests in the services we offer.
• Communicate with all third party activity suppliers to have up to date information regarding activities and services they provide.
• Work closely with Reception, Concierge and Reservations.
