Qualifications

• Friendly personality with a warm, professional approach.
• Previous experience in a concierge or guest-facing role.
• Enthusiastic and flexible, including weekend availability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Legally eligible to work in Ireland.
• Ability to manage busy periods and workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Present a positive first impression and provide a warm welcome.
• Manage guest arrivals/departures and note any special requests.
• Utilise contacts and resources to fulfil guest requests.
• Keep front courtyard and guest areas clean and well maintained.
• Liaise with guests and promote hotel services.
• Answer calls warmly and transfer to correct extensions.
• Provide high levels of guest care and anticipate needs.
