Job summary

Chargebee, a leading billing and monetization platform, seeks a senior GTM systems leader who will own the technology roadmap for the GTM sub-group, partner with VP/SVP leaders, and oversee Salesforce environments across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

You will build AI-enabled workflows, drive adoption across GTM teams, and design integrations with tools like Gong, Marketo, HubSpot, and Tableau, ensuring secure access and strong governance while delivering measurable revenue improvements.

Qualifications

8+ years of GTM systems or Revenue Operations experience at a SaaS company.
Proven ability to partner with VP/SVP levels and drive technology roadmaps.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end GTM processes: lead generation, pipeline management, quoting, onboarding, renewal, churn.

Responsibilities

Own the GTM systems roadmap and backlog prioritization.
Architect integrations between GTM tools and downstream systems using Workato, MuleSoft, or Make.
Build dashboards in SFDC, CRMA, and Tableau to monitor pipeline and renewal metrics.
Collaborate with global teams across time zones to ship solutions.
