Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, GTM systems, revenue operations, or related technical operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with engineering or data teams.
• Strong hands-on fluency with CRM platforms and data models.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap for GTM systems, automation, and AI-readiness.
• Translate revenue workflows into implementable technical requirements with clear success criteria.
• Lead migrations and redesigns with cutover plans, data validation, and post-launch support.
