Job summary

The client is a rapidly growing, seed-funded SaaS scale-up seeking a hands-on Head of Growth Marketing / Head of Demand Generation to own the entire marketing function and help build the next phase of growth. You will report directly to the CEO and founder.

You’ll own brand, positioning, content, demand generation, and GTM campaigns, build the marketing team, align with Sales on pipeline, and establish scalable processes and playbooks to drive measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing / demand generation.
• Strong full-stack marketer capable of strategy and execution.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and growth.
• Strong understanding of brand, content, demand gen and GTM.
• Comfortable in an early-stage / high-growth environment.
• Commercially minded and highly data-driven.
• Hands-on attitude — build things yourself, not just manage agencies.
• Excited to build a marketing function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall marketing and demand generation strategy.
• Build and execute campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue.
• Own brand, positioning, messaging and content.
• Develop and scale inbound and outbound demand generation.
• Work closely with Sales to build a strong GTM engine.
• Own content across LinkedIn, website, email and other channels.
• Manage campaigns, events, partnerships and other growth initiatives.
• Track marketing performance, pipeline contribution and ROI.
• Build the processes, systems and playbooks needed to scale the function.
• Work closely with the founders and leadership on GTM strategy.
• Help build out the marketing team as the company grows.
