Job summary

Diligent is seeking a strategic, data-driven Manager of GTM Operations (EMEA/APAC) to partner with the VP of Sales and lead Revenue Operations across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Partnerships from our Galway presence. This role focuses on scalable processes and AI-enabled revenue growth.

You will drive forecasting, territory design, and GTM methodologies, building dashboards and KPIs, while translating complex data into actionable insights for Commercial leaders across EMEA and APAC.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Revenue Operations or Go-to-Market roles.
• Proven experience partnering with executives to craft multi-year plans.
• Expertise with Salesforce, Outreach and GTM data tools.
• Strong analytics, forecasting and KPI ownership.
• Experience scaling sales processes for B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize a commercial growth strategy aligned to pipeline and bookings.
• Lead forecasting framework and data-driven cadence across theatres and segments.
• Improve GTM processes and sales efficiency with AI-powered tooling.
• Design territory and coverage plans to maximize market opportunities.
